Hans Olsen is a Danish visual artist born in the Faroe Islands and living in Copenhagen. His work moves between the digital and the tactile, where memory, silence, nature, and inner landscapes shape the visual language.
Working intuitively, Olsen often begins in the digital space, allowing forms and atmospheres to emerge before transforming selected works into physical Fine Art Prints on Hahnemühle paper. Some pieces continue beyond the print through hand-applied ink or acrylic, creating a dialogue between precision and presence, pixel and gesture.
His art explores the subtle spaces between stillness and movement, fragility and strength, the visible and the felt. Each work is part of an ongoing search for resonance — images that invite the viewer to pause, reflect, and sense what exists beneath the surface.
