Hans Olsen is a Danish visual artist born in the Faroe Islands and based in Charlottenlund, Denmark. His work moves between the digital and the tactile, shaped by memory, silence, nature and a sense of Nordic melancholy. Working intuitively, Olsen often begins in the digital space, allowing forms, figures and atmospheres to emerge before transforming selected works into physical Fine Art Prints on Hahnemühle paper. Some pieces continue beyond the print through hand-applied ink or acrylic, creating a dialogue between digital precision and the presence of the hand. His work explores the spaces between stillness and unrest, belonging and distance, the visible and the felt.
