Wendy Nouse (b. 1990, Maastricht) is a Netherlands-born artist based in France working across performance, social contracts, video, and relational installations. Educated at MAFAD (Zuyd University), ENSBA in Paris and ENSA Bourges, her practice explores how socio-political structures, surveillance dynamics, and systemic conditioning dictate human behavior and bodily movement. Through auto-ethnographical research and participatory frameworks, she transforms spectators into active co-creators, turning social friction into spaces of reflection and radical empathy.
