Always passionate about drawing, and more specifically sketching in black pencil and Chinese ink, it's through black and white photography that I found my way to express my sensibility about the world that surrounds us. My photographic style is the meeting point of these two artistic worlds : one of capturing the present moment and, through the editing of my black and white photographs, bringing out my emotions. Every detail, every shade, has its importance. Of all my pieces, it’s particularly the shots with reflections that I cherish the most. It’s as if I could capture both the real world and the imaginary, a sort of inverted image of this reality... This adds a whole new creative dimension. Born on 13 June, under the sign of Gemini, with two complementary sides like yin and yang, this must certainly influences me in my artistic creations. A question people often ask me : why « Clark » ? It’s in tribute to my mom, passed away in 2018. It was her stage name when she was singing in Paris.
