Irmina Walczak and Sávio Freire are a Polish-Brazilian artist duo working with analog photography. Since 2011, their collaborative practice has explored intimacy, family, memory, and everyday life through long-term photographic projects informed by documentary practice and visual anthropology. Living as digital nomads while raising three children, they examine the relationship between movement, belonging, and domestic experience. Their award-winning work has been exhibited internationally, and their monograph Retratos pra Yayá (2017) was presented at Paris Photo. They are founders of Clan Magazine and work as educators and researchers.
