Derek Ebner is a contemporary Open-Impressionist artist born in 1980 in Oregon. With extensive training in sculpture, design, oil painting and life drawing, he has honed his skills to create breathtaking oil paintings that inspire joy. Derek also served in the Marine Corps for six years and got deployed to Iraq in 2003 and 2005. He's struggled with PTSD from Iraq.  He met his wife Anastasia over in Sofia, Bulgaria in 2013, on a Backpacking trip across Europe for six months. They  married August 2014 and have two beautiful kids. Erik, born in 2017 and Sofia born in 2019.
