Steve J. Giardini is an artist who uses a digital camera to create expressive photographic art. His photographs explore experiences, concepts, and ideas. His artistic process reflects his belief that creating art requires human skill and creative vision. All his work begins as a photograph. Much of his work combines two or more images into a single composite. He uses techniques such as multiple in-camera exposures, layering, and blending in editing software. Some pieces also incorporate other artistic methods, such as Gelli Plate® mono-print layering or software-rendered watercolor, oil, or acrylic overlays. Steve is always learning and adopting new techniques. His goal is to craft distinctive, expressive, and visually compelling photographs through careful skill and imagination.  Steve J.
