Mercedes-Benz 280 SEL 4.5 Type W109, photographed in front of the Beverly Wilshire Hotel, LA, 2013. “Pretty Benz” was created on the set of Pretty Woman at the same hotel. On Feb 16, 2012, René’s friend Benny (Benjamin Schneider, Hotel Arlberg Lech) was the restaurant manager there. After a shoot, Benny revealed he’d bought a 280SEL 4.5 to drive across America. At 1:30 AM, he boldly showcased his gold metallic S-Class at the hotel entrance, stunning in the deserted streets.
