This image was taken at the United States Capitol on August 25th, 2011 and is a picture of my cousin’s son.
I had been discussing this image with my cousin and her husband for about 6 months before the day of the shoot.
I found it most appropriate to capture Lucas as Huckleberry Finn at the Capitol because he is an anachronism in this image, and both of his parents work at the Library of Congress.
