Stopping briefly to admire the beauty of the landscape, there was no way of knowing that the day ahead would become one of the most meaningful chapters of a roots journey through Poland and Ukraine. Part of an ongoing 365-day watercolor project, the painting reflects the ordinary moments that quietly precede unexpected discoveries and lasting memories.
