Description
The lighthouse at the Schleimünde near Maasholm (Baltic Sea) is lit by the rising sun - which you don't see in the photograph). On the lift side you have the iconic group of trees situated in the nature reserve of Schleimünde which for many years served a wonderful orientation post for sailors. This photo was taken in May 2023, in October 2023 the horrible storm surge at the Baltic Sea destroyed this group of trees.
